• Instructions for 4-H Families (for families with at least one active 4-H youth)
• Instructions for FFA Families (for families with no active 4-H youth)

Note that when entering exhibits according to grade category, use the grade the exhibitor was in as of January 1, 2026 (NOT the grade they will be entering this fall).

Your 4-H Cloverbud exhibitors (grades K-2) will not sign up for the fair through FairEntry, and there is no need to add them as exhibitors to your fair family.
