Welcome to Marshall-Putnam 4-H Show Registration!

We are counting on our 4-H members, families, staff, and volunteers to help make this fair season safe and successful.

Earlier this year, you enrolled in our 4-H system, ZSuite. The projects you selected there will be the same ones you choose in FairEntry. FairEntry lets us know at the county level what your child plans to exhibit at the 4-H shows.

FairEntry also connects with the Illinois State Fair in Springfield. If your child is selected to advance to the State Fair, we can promote their project through FairEntry. Please note that animal projects are not automatically promoted—families must complete those entries separately at the state level.

Before starting your registration, please review the helpful hints below. If you have questions, contact the Extension Office at (309) 364-2356.

FairEntry Helpful Hints

• ·FairEntry will be open from May 19 through June 23, 2026.
• ·Have a list of the projects your child is enrolled in.
• ·“Division” refers to the project category.
• ·All levels within a project area will appear under the division.
• ·Only select classes that match the original projects chosen in ZSuite.
• ·First-time 4-H Show participants will need to enter their county of 4-H if it is different from their home county during registration.
• ·A $0 invoice will be generated—no payment is required. Be sure to complete entries for all family members before submitting.

·You will receive a confirmation email once our office has reviewed and approved your registration.

Registration closes at midnight on June 23, 2026.
Late entries will not be eligible for awards, premiums, or special honors.
