Welcome to the 2024 Washington County Fair in Easton/Greenwich, NY

Online entries OPEN at 8:00 am on June 15th and CLOSE at midnight on July 22nd.

To be eligible to enter, you must be a resident of Washington County, NY except for the Open Horse Show, Open Gymkhana, Open Draft Animal Demonstrations, Open Ox Versatility Challenge, Truck & Tractor Pulls, and Demolition Derbies. Youth must be a resident of Washington County NY, attend a school in Washington County, or be a member of a 4-H club, FFA, or Scouts in Washington County, NY.
We no longer publish paper copies of our Exhibitor's Handbook, however, a copy is located on our website (www.washingtoncountyfair.com) and you can view, download, and print the entire Handbook if you choose to. You also can view, download & print only the parts that you choose along with entry forms, stall requests, and other forms needed for entering (from our website).
ONLINE ENTERING:
You will need a valid email address and a valid credit/debit card to set up an account. SELECT "CREATE an ACCOUNT" the first time you go into FAIRENTRY for this year and continue to enter your contact information and entries. You can log in and out as many times as needed after you have submitted your entries and they have been APPROVED or REJECTED.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL for approval or rejections!!!!
Reminder: You will receive 2 email confirmation notices; one that confirms you have registered as an online exhibitor. Then once you have selected your entries and SUBMITTED them, a 2nd email will confirm your entries.
BEFORE YOU SUBMIT YOUR ENTRIES YOU CAN PRINT A COPY FROM THE "DETAILS" BUTTON ON THAT LAST PAGE.
Submission of entries for the show(s) implies the exhibitor has read and will comply with all Health Requirements and Show Rules & Regulations as contained herein. Health Requirements and all Show Rules & Regulations can be found on our website: www.washingtoncountyfair.com
