Welcome to the annual Montgomery County 4-H Fair located at Riverside Park in Independence, Kansas.

Livestock entries are due July 1, 2023. This is different than nominating market animals. All animals must submit identification (ear tags, notches, leg bands, etc.).

Inside entries are due July 16, 2023.

Livestock is a hard deadline - no exceptions. Pre-registered animals may be switched among youth of the same household at the scales.

Inside entries are needed by July 16th to organize classes and print cards. However if you need to scratch a project or replace a project (example if a cake falls and you make cookies instead) that is ok!

ALL exhibitors will receive a FREE fair t-shirt with the fair logo. We may have extras at the end of fair. Messages will be sent out to announce the sale.

Horse project is locked and is for results only since the hose show takes place in June.
